Nobleon B.V. operates through three specialised investment programs, each focused on a single asset class and led by sector specialists. The structure gives us the depth of a focused investor combined with the discipline of a multi-strategy platform.

We invest with privately committed, long-horizon capital — not bound by fund timelines or forced exits. That patience is what allows us to transform: to underwrite the change a building or location needs, to execute it carefully, and to compound the value that change creates over the years that follow.

We sell selectively. When a stronger opportunity is within reach, or when the work on an asset is done and capital can do better elsewhere, we move. Discipline cuts both ways — what we hold, we hold because it remains worth holding.

A 1990s warehouse on a strong corridor location, vacated by its single occupier. We acquired the asset, upgraded the building envelope and energy performance, sub-divided the floorplate for multi-tenant use, and re-leased on long-term contracts to three operators within twelve months of completion.
